This Community Service Activity (PkM) focused on empowering business actors at the Pabrik Tahu Usaha Soya, Sangatta Utara Subdistrict, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimanta. The background is the urgency of enhancing local MSME capabilities in facing economic opportunities in the IKN era, particularly in the food industry sector facing challenges in production efficiency, cost management, and solid waste management (tofu pulp) that negatively impacts the environment. The main objectives are to improve basic entrepreneurial understanding, digital marketing adoption, and the application of sustainable natural resource management principles through the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) method in the form of interactive socialization, practical training, and field visits. The results showed high participation from business actors with verbal commitments to process waste according to Circular Economy principles, such as waste separation and processing tofu pulp into animal feed. This program successfully instilled basic skills that become social capital for the development of independent and sustainable MSMEs in the local food sector. These achievements support food security and environmental sustainability in the area around IKN.
