Fishery waste is still not widely used, one of which is tuna fish bones. Whereas tuna fish bones contain high calcium and phosphorus which can be used to fulfill food nutrition. Therefore, the author is interested in discussing the use of tuna bone meal as a source of calcium for making cilok. The purpose of this study was to find out how to make tuna bone meal, and to find out how to make cilok by adding tuna bone meal and the content of the cilok. This study uses a literature study method, namely the author collects library data from several sources, takes notes, and processes the research material. The initial process of making flour is the boiling process for approximately 12 hours, then a second boiling is carried out for 3 hours. In the third stage, the bones were heated using an autoclave at 121ºC for approximately 2 hours. The next stage is the process of drying the bones in the oven for 12 hours at 80ºC, followed by grinding using a fomax grinding machine for approximately 2 minutes at 2500 rpm. Then, the results of the mill are sifted so that the flour looks smoother. Then the flour can be used as an additional ingredient for making cilok. Cilok is good for consumption because it contains high enough calcium and phosphorus.
