Spectacles are an important visual aid for patients with refractive errors, and proper lens care is essential to maintain visual clarity, comfort, and lens durability. This study aimed to describe the awareness of plastic and glass spectacle lens care among patients with refractive errors at Optik Bali Magelang. A descriptive study with a cross-sectional design was conducted using primary data collected through a structured questionnaire. The study involved 40 respondents, consisting of 20 plastic lens users and 20 glass lens users. The findings showed that 32.5% of respondents cleaned their lenses immediately after use, while 27.5% cleaned them daily. Regarding cleaning methods, 32.5% cleaned their lenses directly without using a cleaning solution, and 35.0% used a special lens-cleaning cloth. In terms of storage, 35.0% always stored their spectacles in a protective case. Overall, awareness of spectacle lens care was relatively good, particularly among glass lens users, although the use of appropriate cleaning solutions remained low. Awareness of lens care varied according to sex, age, and degree of refractive error. These findings highlight the importance of optometric education on appropriate lens cleaning, cleaning materials, and storage practices, particularly for plastic lens users
