This study aimed to determine the effect of pull up training on jumping service skills among students participating in the volleyball extracurricular program at SMP Negeri 2 Ciniru. The study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of 25 volleyball extracurricular students, and 16 students were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a jumping service accuracy test before and after treatment. The treatment consisted of pull up training conducted for 16 sessions with a gradual increase in training load according to the overload principle. Data analysis included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Levene's homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test using SPSS 24. The results showed that the mean jumping service score increased from 18.75 in the pretest to 26.31 in the posttest, with an increase of 7.56 points or 40.32%. The paired sample t-test produced a t value of 8.724 and a significance value of 0.000. Because 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (8.724 > 2.131), the null hypothesis was rejected. These findings indicate that systematic pull up training had a significant effect on the jumping service skills of the students.
