This study aims to describe students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model in class VA of SDN 15 Sungai Raya. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach involving 32 students. Data were collected through observation and tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the implementation of the NHT model reached 100% and was categorized as very good. The test results showed a total score of 2,785 with an average score of 87.03. A total of 28 students (87.50%) achieved the learning completion criteria, while 4 students (12.50%) did not. These results indicate that the implementation of the NHT cooperative learning model provides a description of students' mathematics learning outcomes that were generally in the good category.
