<![CDATA[This study aimed to: (1) describe employee performance, workload, and work environment; and (2) analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.The population of this study consisted of 40 employees of UPT Puskesmas Tanarawa. Since the population was limited, a census approach (total sampling) was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test.The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that employee performance was categorized as good, while workload and work environment were categorized as moderately good. The results of the t-test showed that, partially, workload had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the F-test revealed that workload and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study explained 14.2% of the variation in employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Tanarawa.
