Abstract

Masalah yang sering terjadi di suatu koperasi biasanya disebabkan oleh masalah keuangan. Untuk mengukur tingkat kesahatan keuangan koperasi dapat digunakan analisis rasio keuangan dengan menggunakan metode Springate S-Score. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan koperasi-koperasi kredit dibawa naungan Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumeredengan menggunakan metode Springate S-Score. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah koperasi-koperasi kredit dibawa naungan Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere pada tahun 2017-2019 yang terdiri dari 19 Koperasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan koperasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Springate S-Score dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan koperasi yang masuk dalam kategori sehat selama tiga tahun bertutut-turut adalah koperasi Tuke jung, Sube Huter, Bina Pertiwi, Surya Sakti, Pelu Meluk, Tuke dan Tuke Ler. Disamping itu juga terdapat koperasi yang berada dalam posisi bangkrut selama 3 tahun berturut-turut pada tahun pengamatan yaitu tahun 2017-2019 adalah koperasi Obor Mas, koperasi Ankara, koperasi Guru Klubagolit, koperasi Karun, koperasi Bina Keluarga, Koperasi Suri Pudi, koperasi dan koperasi Ladang. Koperasi Hiro Heling pada tahun 2018 bedada dalam posisi bangkrut, akan tetapi pada tahun 2019 koperasi tersebut berhasil keluar dari kebangkrutan. Koperasi Ladang Pada tahun 2017-2019 kinierja koperasi ini terus menurun, penurunan dapat dilihat dari S-Score pada tahun 2019 yang sangat rendah

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja organisasi Kelurahan Kabor ditinjau dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, perspektif proses operasi internal, perspektif  pelanggan dan perspektif keuangan. Sampel dalam  penelitian ini dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu masyarakat Kelurahan Kabor sebanyak 150 orang yang digunakan untuk mengukur perspektif pelanggan. Berikut adalah pegawai Kelurahan Kabor sebanyak 13 orang yang digunakan untuk mengukur perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan dan perspektif keuangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskritif. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata skor total penilaian Kinerja Organisasi Kelurahan Kabor berdasarkan empat perspektif adalah 72.59%. Berdasarkan kriteria presentase tanggapan responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Organisasi Kelurahan Kabor termasuk dalam kategori baik. Selanjutnya rincian dari penilaian Kinerja Organisasi  dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard adalah: 1) Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah 71.15%  sehingga dikategorikan baik; 2) Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif proses operasi internal adalah 73.08%  sehingga dikategorikan baik; 3) Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pelanggan adalah 75.55% sehingga dikategorikan baik; dan Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif perspektif keuangan adalah 70.58%  sehingga dikategorikan baik. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Pertumbuhan, Pelanggan, Keuangan ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the picture of the performance of the Kabor Village organization is reviewed from a learning and growth perspective, an internal operating process perspective, a customer perspective and a financial perspective. The sample in this study was divided into two groups, namely the Kabor Village community of 150 people who were used to measure customer perspectives. Here are 13 kabor employees who are used to measure internal business process perspectives, learning and growth perspectives and financial perspectives. Data is collected through quisioners and analyzed using deskritive analysis. The study findings showed that the average score of the total performance assessment of the Kabor Village Organization based on four perspectives was 72.59%. Based on the criteria of the percentage of respondents' responses, it can be concluded that the Performance of Kabor Village Organization falls into the category of good. Further details of the Assessment of Organizational Performance with balanced scorecard approach are: 1) The percentage of respondent responses to learning and growth perspectives is 71.15% so it is categorized as good; 2) The percentage of respondent responses to the perspective of internal operating processes is 73.08% so it is categorized as good; 3) The percentage of respondent responses to customer perspective is 75.55% so it is categorized as good; And the percentage of respondent responses to the financial perspective perspective is 70.58% so it is categorized as good. Keywords: Learning, Growth, Customer, Finance

Abstract

Reforms have brought changes to civil servants, including the police of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out the partial leadership style had a significant effect on Sikka Police investigators. In accordance with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, this research design uses descriptive research methods. Determination analysis results obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.567 which means that the three independent variables in this are able to explain the variations in the performance of the Sikka Police Investigator's performance of 48.90%. While the remaining 51.10% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

Desa merupakan sebuah unit terkecil dari suatu negara yang kedekatannya dilakukan secara riil dengan langsung menyentuh, merasakan dan memiliki kepekaan terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat yang perlu untuk disejahterakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang berfokus pada pada pengelolaan dan peran BUMDes. Dalam penelitian ini informasi dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner/angket. Peran Badan Usaha milik Desa (BUMDes) Melati Dewa di Desa Wolonwalu sudah berjalan, seperti menjalankan unit usaha simpan pinjam, menjalankan jasa sewa pake, menyediakan foto copy dan ATK,BRILink dan Mobil tangki air. Dari keseluruhan unit usaha BUMDes tersebut, kinerja BUMDes belum maksimal dalammeningkatkan perekonomian desa. Peran BUMDes dalam pengembangan usaha dan menciptakan lapanganpekerjaan yang luas bagi masyarakat dan meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Peran BUMDes masih jauh dari tujuan awal pembentukan BUMDes karena belum hadir sebagai Wadah danfasilatator dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat berdasarkan pemanfaatan potensi unggulan yang ada di DesaWolonwalu. Abstract

This study aim sto: (1) finding out the description of employees’ performance, works kills, and work experience, (2) analyzing the effect of Work Skills and Work Experience on employees’ performance either partially or simulataneously. The population in thisstuy were employees of Search and Rescue Agency Office Of Maumere as many as 40 people. Due to limited population, research was conducted by cencus or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hyptohesis testing was done through the F test and t test. The result of the descriptive analysis shiwed that the performance variabkes of Employees, Work Skills and Work Experience were categorized as good. The result of the t-test statistic showed that the variables of Work Skills and Work Experience hads a positive and signigiciant eeffect on e’ployees’e performance as partially. The statistical result of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of determination showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to expla in the variation in the performance of the Maumere Search and Rescue Office employeesby 29.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To find out how the description of employee performance, work discipline and workload. (2) To determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 56 employees who worked at the Sikka Regency Planning and Research and Development Office. The sample used was the saturated sample technique so that the total sample size of less than 100 was used entirely by the researcher, namely 56 employees. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that employee performance, work discipline, and workload are categorized as good. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that work discipline and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The determination result is 0.715 which means that the contribution of work discipline and workload variables to employee performance is 51.2%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the achievement of performance that has not yet reached the specified target. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work facilities, and workload; and (2) analyze the effect of work facilities and workload on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency totaling 55 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work facilities, and workload were categorized as good enough. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially and simultaneously, the work facility and workload variables had a significant effect on performance. The determination analysis results showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency by 24.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the result of a pre-survey wich showed that the employee performance in Wair Pu’an Regional Water Supply Company has not been maximized. This research aimed to; (1) know the description of employee perfomance, work, ethic, and workability; (2) analyze the effect of work etich and workability on employe performance etther partially or simultaneously. The population of the study were employees of Perumda Wair Pu’an Sikka Regency as many as 50 employees. Since the population is limited, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through qestionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regressions. Hypothesis testing is done through the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the employee performance, work etich, and workability variables were good enough. The result of the t-test showed that the variables of work etich and workability had a significant value on employee perfomance. The result of the f-test showed that the variables of work ethic and workability simultaneously had a significant effect on employee perfomance. The coefficient of determination was 0,523, wich means that the contribution of work ethic and workability variabels to employee perfomance was 27,3%

Abstract

This study aimed to:(1) find out the a description of employee performance, work ethics, and work conflicts;(2) analyze the influence of work ethics and work conflicts on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The research population was the employees of Wair Pu'an Regional Water Supply Company of Sikka Regency as many as 50 people. Due to limited population, this study was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics i.e. multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through t-test and F-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the employee performance variable was categorized as good,and work ethics and work conflicts were categorized as very good.The statistical results of the t-test showed that the variables of work ethics and work conflicts had a positive and significant influence on employee performance.The statistical results of the F test indicated that the variables of work ethics and work conflicts had a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously. The result of the determination analysis revealed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the fluctuation of employee Performance in Wair Pu’an Regional Water Supply Company of sikka Regency by 36,3%.
