This study aims to examine the effects of family environment, self-confidence, and social media utilization on online entrepreneurial interest among Management students at Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa, Yogyakarta. A quantitative associative approach was employed with a sample of 90 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression after validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on online entrepreneurial interest and is the dominant predictor. Family environment has a positive but insignificant effect at the 5 percent level, while social media utilization is insignificant and negatively signed. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect and explain 22.4 percent of the variation in interest. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-confidence and using social media productively to foster students’ online entrepreneurial intention.
