Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of fund on Cooperatie to assist economicempowerment the Business of Batik Writing. The object of research are batik writing owner atdistrict level in Yogyakarta Indonesia. Batik writing business that are members of Cooperatiesample are Yogyakarta City with 60 respondens. Type of data collected is of primary data andsecondary data. Methods of data analysis used in this research include test validity, reliabilitytest and regression analysis. Based on calculation of regression test to funding of capitalvariable is significant to economic empowerment on the business Batik Writing. Thus it can beconcluded that the more effective use of capital loans made by the authors of batik then theireconomic independence is increasing. This means that the economic welfare of the managedbatik business can be achieved.Keywords: Capital Funding, Cooperatie, Economic Empowerment, Batik Writing.

Abstract

Capital market is a vehicle that can mobilize long-term fundraising from the society to be channeled into productive sectors through the sale of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and derivatives. Investment decision-making is a process of selecting the best alternative from a number of alternatives available under the influence of complex situations, will be greatly influenced by the received information, the level of capability and knowledge of the investors about investment. Financial behavior aims to understand the behavior of investors in making investment decisions. The purpose of this study is to examine and obtain empirical evidence of potential individual investors’ determination in making decision of stock investment. This type of research is quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The population used in this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiayata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The sample used is 50 UST students who want to be a share investor in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of data collection use questionnaires and structured questions. Data analysis technique use Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study noted that the quality of accounting information, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control and risk perceptions do not systematically affect on the intention of prospective individual investors in decision-making stock investment in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Object: The objective of this study is to knows how can good managing Public Sector Bussines with understand the influence of marketing mix ( Product, price, place and promotion) on Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. This research was conducted in April 2016 with the object of research Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Method: Data were analysis using the software program 15.00 to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption deviation, dual of regression, as well as the Determination Coefficient (R2). Predictor variables consist of product, price, place, and promotion. Dependent variable is only one, that is, Passenger’s Satisfaction. Result: This research is a analysis quantitative study with a random sampling method. Data were collected by means of questionnaires with cluster method. The subject of this study are Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix partially influences customer’s satisfaction with equation Y = 4,554-0,116X1+ 0,069X2 + 0,137X3 + 0,132X4 but simultaneous marketing mix does not influence Passenger’s satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kampus dan penggunaan media sosial  secara parsial bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, pengaruh lingkungan kampus terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 82 orang mahasiswa program studi manajemen angkatan 2017 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Saarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST) Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kampus terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; dan 4.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kampus dan penggunaan media sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa.AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, campus environment, and the use of social media simultaneously on student achievement, the influence of emotional intelligence on student achievement, campus environment on student achievement, the use of social media on student achievement. The research method used was a survey. The total sample is 82 students batch 2017 of the management study program, Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University (UST). The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Research results: 1.) there is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on student achievement; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of campus environment on student achievement; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of the use of social media on student achievement: 4.) There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence, campus environment, and the use of social media simultaneously on student achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Impression of finance technology (Fintech) in the form of benefits as well as theeasy to use that has an impact on SME intentions to use it, even though problems in its implementation are indicated. The sample used was 80 SMEs spread in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection using purposive sampling technique provided that the respondents chosen already use fintech. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the benefits of fintech had a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of SMEs to intend to use it. The more the benefits increase, the behavior of using fintech is growing. It is human's rational nature that what is beneficial to him will encourage behavior. The impression of ease of use of fintech has no positive and significant effect. It is generally known that the attitude towards computer use is a significant determinant of the intention to use fintech. However, the impression of simplicity did not encourage the intention to utilize fintech. Although fintech is perceived as easy, if the benefits are low, UKM does not intend to use it. The implemantation problem has not been proven to have an effect on preventing SMEs from using fintech. Public awareness of the importance of security has not been considered, this is because the community has never felt the impression of the impact of cyber risk. That the problem of fintech implementation is realized is a risk that has a negative effect on the intention of adopting fintech. However, the problems that arise do not reduce the interest of SMEs to use fintech.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) pada anggota organisasi meningkatkan kontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi. OCBpada organisasi publik menjadi perhatian terkait kinerja yang buruk atau baik dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik sebagai anteseden OCB. Penelitian dilakukan pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Yogyakarta,  data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa  kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada OCB.Kata kunci:Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Intrinsik, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher training and transformational leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in teacher members of SMA N1 SEMIN. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sessus technique, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 44 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that teacher training had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.018 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Teacher training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.021 <0.05, so hypothesis III is accepted. Transformational leadership has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.352 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Teacher training on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.08 > 1.96 then hypothesis VI is accepted. Transformational leadership on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.80 < 1.96 then hypothesis VII is rejected. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, coordination, and work culture on the effectiveness of employees' work in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Youth and Sports Education. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents. Based on the multiple linear analysis method, it was found that the work environment has no significant effect on work effectiveness because the t-count value is 1.577 < 1.986, the decision shows that the work environment is not always importantto improve the quality of employee performance. Coordination has a positive effect on work effectiveness with a t value of 2.807 > 1.986. Work culture has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employees' work as evidenced by the t value of 5.988 > 1.986. Simultaneously work environment, coordination, and work culture have a significant positive effect on employee work effectiveness with Fcount of 81.861 > 0.020.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance
