This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of internal communication, training, and management support on employee performance at Dewi Sri Hotel Legian, Bali. The sample in this study consisted of 64 respondents, determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results indicated that internal communication, training, and management support partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with calculated t-values of 2.231, 2.122, and 3.646, respectively, which are greater than the t-table value of 1.671. Simultaneously, internal communication, training, and management support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 42.337, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.758. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.663 shows that 66.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by internal communication, training, and management support, while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
