<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze: (1) The influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism at Public Elementary Schools in Rantau Bayur District; (2) The influence of the work environment on teacher professionalism at Public Elementary Schools in Rantau Bayur District; and (3) the influence of academic supervision and the work environment on teacher professionalism at Public Elementary Schools in Rantau Bayur District. This study is a quantitative study with an associative research type. This study was conducted at Public Elementary Schools in Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency with 116 informants. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism at Public Elementary Schools in Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency with a percentage level of influence of 42.8%; (2) There is an influence of the work environment on teacher professionalism at Public Elementary Schools in Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency with a percentage level of influence of 30.6%; and (3) There is a joint influence of academic supervision and the work environment on teacher professionalism at SDN Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency, with a percentage influence of 44.7%, with the remaining 55.3% influenced by other factors not included in the study.]]>
