Comfort in driving is the right of every road user. The smooth flow of traffic that does not experience congestion is desirable for road users to feel comfortable and safe. As happened in Kudus Regency, the community wants roads that are far from congestion. However, there are several roads in Kudus Regency experiencing congestion. Precisely on Jalan Jendral Sudirman in front of Kliwon Market. The cause of congestion, namely on-street parking on the shoulder of the road, resulting in traffic jams and road narrowing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimization on Jalan Jendral Sudirman in front of Pasar Kliwon Kudus.
