<![CDATA[The Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) is one of the Indonesian government’s strategic social protection policies aimed at reducing poverty and improving the welfare of vulnerable households. However, its implementation at the local level still faces various challenges, including beneficiary targeting, communication, limited resources, and differences in the commitment of implementing actors. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the PKH policy in poverty alleviation efforts in Cipocok Jaya Urban Village, Cipocok Jaya District, Serang City. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method using the policy implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn, which consists of policy standards and objectives, resources, interorganizational communication and enforcement activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, social, economic, and political conditions, and the disposition of implementers. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed descriptively. The results indicate that PKH implementation has contributed to improving access to education, health services, and basic social needs among beneficiary families. Nevertheless, implementation remains constrained by limited human resources, uneven understanding of program mechanisms, communication barriers, and the changing socioeconomic conditions of beneficiaries. The study concludes that strengthening coordination, communication, monitoring, and beneficiary empowerment is necessary to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of PKH as a poverty alleviation policy.]]>
