This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning approaches in facing digital challenges in Grade VII of SMP Islam Plus Sabilunnajah. This research is driven by key issues including digital literacy gaps, infrastructure limitations, teacher competence in digital transformation, and the potential misuse of technology. The rapid development of information and communication technology has altered student learning patterns, requiring PAI teachers to innovate so that learning remains relevant, effective, and capable of cultivating Islamic character. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research were PAI teachers and Grade VII students. Data validation and analysis were conducted through data reduction, data display, and descriptive-analytical conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers serve as facilitators, motivators, and mentors in building ethical digital awareness. Major challenges encompass infrastructure constraints, disparities in digital literacy, and potential technology misuse. This transformation emphasizes the reinforcement of spiritual, moral, and character values. The implications of this study underscore the necessity of enhancing teachers' competencies in digital literacy and technology-based pedagogy through continuous professional development. Furthermore, schools must provide adequate infrastructure and establish policies that foster safe, wise, and responsible technology usage. These findings also demonstrate that integrating spiritual, moral, and character values into digital learning must be an indispensable part of the educational process to shape students who are not only digitally proficient, but also possess integrity, ethics, and social responsibility.
