This study aims to analyze inclusive citizenship practices and social participation of the Mekar Jaya community of persons with disabilities through the Guwosari Peduli program. Mekar Jaya Community is located in Guwosari Village, Pajangan Subdistrict, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with persons with disabilities who are members of Mekar Jaya and their companions, participatory observation, and documentation. The data was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that 1) Persons with disabilities in Guwosari Village have a variety of disabilities; 2) Inclusive citizenship for persons with disabilities is realized through the formation of the Mekar Jaya community, improved accessibility, and supported by Guwosari Village Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concerning the Fulfillment of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; and 3) The form of social participation of persons with disabilities is reflected in their participation is evident in local activities, village meetings, and diverse initiatives for economic empowerment and social welfare.
