This study aims to describe the management of the Dhuha prayer program in shaping the Islamic character of students at SDITA Al Muyassar Bogor, which includes planning, implementation, as well as obstacles and evaluation. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with the principal, teachers, and students, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that: (1) planning was carried out by setting goals, schedules, mentors, and supporting facilities to instill the values of discipline, responsibility, religiosity, and independence; (2) implementation took place routinely every morning before teaching and learning activities through ablution, congregational prayer, and the provision of prayers and motivation which were proven to increase students' discipline and awareness of listening; and (3) obstacles such as lack of student discipline, limited facilities, and variations in worship awareness were overcome through continuous supervision, motivation, collaboration with parents, and periodic evaluation. In general, the Dhuha prayer management program at SDITA Al Muyassar Bogor has been effective in shaping the Islamic character of students
