This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PO Hotel Semarang. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study was all 174 employees of PO Hotel Semarang. The sample size was determined using the approach of Hair et al. (2010), resulting in a sample of 75 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value of 4.416 > t-table and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value of 2.573 > t-table and a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05. (3) Organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 24.151 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of organizational culture and work motivation to employee performance (R-Square) is 38,5%, while the remaining 61,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
