Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Program P2TL Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di ULP PLN Sukadana

The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of service of PLN ULP Sukadana perceived by the community to affect work productivity, to find out the success of the P2TL program affects work productivity, and to find out the quality of service and the P2TL program affects work productivity. This study uses quantitative research methods with sampling techniques in the form of accidental sampling, a measurement scale with a Likert scale, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in the form of instrument requirements testing and analysis requirements testing. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis models, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination so that a statistical hypothesis is obtained. The results showed that the quality of service carried out by ULP PLN Sukadana had a significant effect on work productivity, the P2TL program had a significant effect on work productivity, and the quality of service and P2TL had a positive effect together on work productivity. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan PLN ULP Sukadana dirasakan masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program P2TL berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dan program P2TL berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling berupa accidental sampling, skala pengukuran dengan skala likert, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data berupa pengujian persyaratan instrumen dan pengujian persyaratan analisis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi sehingga didapatkan hipotesis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan ULP PLN Sukadana berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, program P2TL berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan kualitas pelayanan dan P2TL berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja.
