Abstract

Era yang serba menggunakan ICT saat ini, menuntut juga pelaku industri kecil untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bidang teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Internet menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang tidak lagi mementingkan waktu dan jarak. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah yang dihadapi home industri keripik pisang arjuna; 1) Home industri keripik pisang arjuna dalam hal memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan belum memanfaatkan penjualan secara online yaitu dengan menggunakan e-commerce. 2) Home industri keripik pisang arjuna belum melakukan pembukuan dengan baik dalam kegiatan produksinya. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari pengabdian adalah; 1) Mitra diberikan pelatihan e-commerce hal ini dilakukan untuk mitra memasarkan produknya peda khalayak ramai melakukan ICT. 2) Mitra diberikan pendampingan, kegiatan ini bertujuan agar mitra dapat membukukan semua kegiatan yang khususnya berkaitan dengan keluar masuk keuangan. Pelatihan dan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra keripik pisang arjuna mampu menginovasi pemasaran yang awalnya konvensional menjadi pemasaran yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yaitu dengan melakukan pemasaran elektronik atau juga disebut E-commerce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, iklan dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2017-2020 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro yang menggunakan produk kosmetik Wardah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 meliputi uji persyaratan instrument, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel iklan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel gaya hidup secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan harga, kualitas produk, iklan dan gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Iklan, Gaya Hidup, Keputusan Pembelian This research aims to determine the impact of price, product quality, advertising, and lifestyle on purchase decision cosmetic Wardah on the faculty of economics and business students Muhammadiyah Metro University partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this research were active students of class 2017-2020 in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro University who used Wardah cosmetic products. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with a sample of 92 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25 include research’s instrument test, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that the price variable partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decision, and the product quality variable partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decision, then advertising variables partially have a positive and significant impact on purchase decision, meanwhile lifestyle variables partially have a negative impact and the results are not significant for the purchase decision. As for price, product quality, advertising and lifestyle simultaneously significant impact on purchase decision.

Abstract

Era of all-use ICT today, it also requires small-scale industry players to improve their capabilities in the field of information communication and technology. The internet creates a business environment that no longer emphasizes time and distance. Based on the background of the problems faced by the home industry of arjuna banana chips; 1) Banana arjuna chips home industry in terms of marketing the products produced have not utilized online sales by using e-commerce. 2) Home industry of arjuna banana chips has not done a good bookkeeping in its production activities. As for the goal of service is; 1) Partners are given e-commerce training, this is done for partners to market their products to the general public through ICT. 2) Partners are given assistance, this activity aims to enable partners to book all activities specifically related to their financial entry and exit. The training and service that has been carried out concluded that PKM activities carried out through training and mentoring to partners of arjuna banana chips are able to innovate initially conventional marketing into marketing that utilizes technological developments, namely by doing electronic marketing or also called E-commerce.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor makro, (2) pengaruh faktor mikro terhadap return saham pada perusahaan transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Teknik Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan Teknik pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 9 dengan pengujian analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor makro inflasi, suku bunga dan nilai tukar serta faktor mikro ROA,DER, NPM tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap return saham. Sedangkan untuk ROE memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham terhadap return saham pada perusahaan di bidang transportasi dan logistik tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020.

Abstract

The effectiveness of segmentation, targeting, and positioning on consumer behavior carriedout by the @hayu_outfit Instagram account. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectof the effectiveness of segmentation, targeting, and positioning on consumer behavior carriedout by the @hayu_outfit Instagram account. This type of research includes correlativequantitative research. The population in this study were 94buyers taken from regular buyersat @hayu_outfit. The method used in the study is the type of data to be used, namely primarydata. Of the 117 questionnaires distributed, only 94 questionnaires could be processed. Thedata is then tested for data quality by using the validity test, reliability test. After testing thequality of the data then tested using the Spearman rank test. Then the data were analyzedusing the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study are the effect of theeffectiveness of segmentation, targeting, and positioning on consumer behavior carried outby the @hayu_outfit Instagram account. The effectiveness of segmentation has a positive andsignificant effect on consumer behavior, targeting has a positive and significant effect onconsumer behavior, positioning has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Sales in the marketing process within a company is an important factor for a company, because failure to sell goods will result in the development of the company in the future. For this reason, companies must try to find the right strategy in order to survive and be able to meet the goals to be achieved by the company in the form of maximum profit by increasing sales. This study aims to determine the influence of psychic abilities, psychological, social and non-social environment together on increasing sales of employees at Metro ACC Metro City. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the ability of psychic, psychological, social and non-social environment as well as increasing sales. The population and research sample were all employees at Metro ACC Metro City with a total sample taken of 30 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program. The results showed that psychic abilities, psychological abilities and the social environment had a significant effect on increasing sales, while the non-social environment had no significant effect on increasing sales. Simultaneous test results show the ability of psychic, psychological, social environment and non-social environment together have a significant effect on increasing sales.

Abstract

Based on sources from the General Section and HR of the Metro Islamic Hospital, every 3-5years Exchange occupations are held. Employees whose skills or expertise have improvedafter attending regular career development trainings need to get appreciation, recognitionand promotion from the institution and the work environment. It encourages the employees’activeness and productivity in carrying out their works. The purpose of this study was to findout whether career development affected employee performance, whether motivation affectedemployee performance, whether career development affected job satisfaction, whethermotivation influenced job satisfaction, whether career development and motivation affectedemployee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample of thisresearch were 42 employees of Metro Islamic Hospital. Data collection used a questionnaire,and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test,Linearity Test and Variable Regression Analysis with the Causal Step Method with the program (SPSS 25). The result of this study showed that there was a positive and significantinfluence of career development on employee performance. There was a positive andsignificant effect of motivation on employee performance. There was a positive andsignificant influence of career development on employee job satisfaction. There was apositive and significant influence of motivation on job satisfaction. There was a positive andsignificant influence of career development and motivation on employee performance withjob satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

Based on the tests that have been carried out by researchers using the classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (panel data regression model using the fixed effect model), t test and R2 test it is found that financial performance affects the value company and good corporate governance moderate the relationship between financial performance and company value at banks listed on the IDX for 2019-2021.

Abstract

When the emotional state is pleasant or unpleasant where employees perceive their work tobe done and completed as well as possible, the workload and personal capacity of the workerare needed to complete the tasks assigned to him, so the aim of this research is to find outpartially or simultaneously about job satisfaction and workload on employee performance.This research design uses a quantitative approach, the sample used is 48 employees. Thesampling technique is census/saturation sampling and the data analysis technique usesvalidity, reliability, and decision making uses multiple regression tests with partial (t) andsimultaneous (f) test decisions. The research results prove that partially and simultaneouslythat job satisfaction and workload have a role in increasing employee performance at theCentral Lampung Samsat office
