<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the model of youth leadership in the New Testament through the life of Timothy based on the perspective of 1 Timothy 4:12. The focus of the study is directed at understanding the leadership principles demonstrated by Timothy as a young leader entrusted by Paul to serve the congregation amidst various ministry challenges. This study uses a qualitative method with a theological analysis approach and literature study of biblical texts, theological literature, and relevant scientific sources. The results of the study indicate that youth leadership in the New Testament is not determined by age, but by character qualities, spiritual maturity, and exemplary life. Through 1 Timothy 4:12, Paul emphasizes that a young leader must be an example in speech, behavior, love, faith, and holiness. Timothy's life demonstrates that integrity and faithfulness to God's calling are the main foundations of effective Christian leadership. This study concludes that Timothy's leadership model is relevant for the church today as a basis for developing the younger generation to be able to become leaders with Christian character, responsibility, and impact on the faith community.]]>
