Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a fundamental stage in supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, linguistic, moral, and physical development. However, the quality of ECE services is determined not only by the learning process but also by the effectiveness of institutional management, particularly in relation to human resources, facilities and infrastructure, financing, administration, and program evaluation. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of ECE institutional management in improving the quality of educational services. The study employed a literature review method by collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting scholarly journal articles and literature relevant to ECE management and educational quality. The findings showed that the systematic application of management functions through planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and evaluation plays an important role in supporting improvements in the quality of ECE services. Planning helps institutions formulate programs according to children’s needs and characteristics, while organizing clarifies the division of duties and responsibilities. The purposeful implementation of programs supports the creation of a safe and comfortable learning environment, while continuous supervision and evaluation enable institutions to identify shortcomings and make improvements. Improvements in service quality are also determined by the management of educators and educational personnel, curricula, students, facilities and infrastructure, financing, and community relations. These findings confirm that professional, cooperative, systematic, and sustainable institutional management can support improvements in the quality of early childhood education services. In practical terms, ECE institutions need to strengthen collaboration among institutional components, conduct periodic evaluations, and optimize resource management to ensure the sustainability of educational service quality.
