<![CDATA[Implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in elementary schools often faces practical obstacles, such as the inconvenience of carrying liquid soap for handwashing. This community service program aimed to enhance hand hygiene knowledge and practice among students at MI Muhammadiyah Tegalpingen through the production of eco-friendly tissue soap. The method used was a descriptive community engagement approach consisting of hand hygiene education, tissue soap-making demonstration, hands-on practice, and evaluation. A total of 20 sixth-grade students participated in this program. The results showed high student engagement and enthusiasm during the interactive session. The program generated two main outputs: physical products in the form of portable, practical tissue soap, and non-physical benefits including enhanced practical knowledge and direct experience in hand hygiene. Combining verbal education with hands-on product creation proved to be an effective and engaging method for promoting PHBS among primary school students.]]>
