Gross motor development in early childhood is a crucial aspect that requires structured stimulation, yet most early childhood education (PAUD) institutions still treat it merely as a brief interlude activity. This study aims to describe the implementation of Motoric Play Center (MPC) activities, children’s involvement and responses, and teachers’ strategies in stimulating gross motor development at PAUD Khalifah, Tulungagung. A descriptive qualitative case study approach was used. The research subjects comprised five children aged 3–4 years, the school principal, and the teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results show that MPC activities are implemented in a structured manner through the stages of preparation, warm-up, core activities, recalling, and closing, including stair jumping, zig-zag running, obstacle jumping, boxing, skateboarding, weightlifting, and pull-ups. Children demonstrated active involvement and high enthusiasm, while teachers acted as facilitators through demonstration, guidance, reinforcement, and activity modification tailored to children’s needs. MPC activities proved to be an effective program for optimally supporting gross motor development in early childhood.
