<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of PBL (Problem based Learning) model on motivation and learning outcomes of students grade VII SMP Negeri 5 Pallangga Gowa District. This type of research is quasi experiment with Pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The population of the research is the students of SMP Negeri 5 Pallangga consisting of seven classes with the number of students as much as 203 peoples. The sample was chosen by double random sampling technique,Ramlawati (2017)2one experiment class and one control class. Data collection using questionnaire instrument to measure learning motivation and learning outcomes instrument to measure students learning outcomes. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The average score of motivation after learning was 105.6 (high category) and average score of learning result was 87.17 (very high category). The result of inferential analysis by using t-test of learning motivation was obtained tcount 1.89 and result of t-testresult of study tcount 4,57. Both results indicate that t-calc> t-table(t-table1.67). This means that H0is rejected and H1is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of PBL model on learning motivation and learning outcomes of science students grade VII SMP Negeri 5 Pallangga Gowa District on the subject matter of Environmental Pollution.]]>
