This study examines the effectiveness of mobile learning technology in enhancing students' learning motivation at Universitas Teknologi Mataram. The research is motivated by the increasing implementation of digital learning in higher education, while empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of mobile learning in improving students' learning motivation remains limited. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of mobile learning technology on students' learning motivation. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey design. The population consisted of active students at Universitas Teknologi Mataram who had utilized mobile learning in their learning activities. A total of 120 respondents were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that the use of mobile learning technology is in the high category with a mean score of 4.18, while students' learning motivation is also categorized as high with a mean score of 4.10. The regression analysis reveals that mobile learning has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation (t = 8.547; p < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.382, indicating that mobile learning contributes 38.2% to the improvement of learning motivation. The study concludes that mobile learning technology is effective in enhancing students' learning motivation by providing flexible access to learning resources, improving interaction, and encouraging active participation in the learning process. The findings contribute to the development of digital learning literature and provide practical recommendations for higher education institutions to optimize mobile learning implementation in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning
