Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh teaching with analogy berbantuan video interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep dan reasoning pada materi listrik arus searah di kelas IX SMPN 3 Sungai Raya. Menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest, penelitian ini melibatkan 32 siswa kelas IX A yang dipilih dengan intact group random sampling. Instrumen berupa tes pemahaman konsep (5 soal) dan reasoning (3 soal) dalam bentuk uraian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode ini berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman konsep dan reasoning, dengan perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (P-value < 0,05) serta kontribusi relatif sebesar 12,7%. This research examines the effect of teaching with analogy assisted by interactive videos on understanding concepts and reasoning in direct current electricity material in class IX of SMPN 3 Sungai Raya.
