<![CDATA[This study analyzes the implementation of moral and personality development programs for inmates at Class II-B Kraksaan Detention Center in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 35 of 2018 on the Revitalization of Penitentiary Services. Using an empirical juridical method with a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through observations and documentation. The results indicate that the programs are conducted through religious, educational, skill-oriented, and socio-psychological activities designed to foster behavioral improvement and prepare inmates for reintegration into society. Observations revealed significant challenges, including overcrowding, inadequate facilities, and limited human resources, which hinder the effectiveness of the programs. This study highlights the novelty of providing empirical evidence of the regulation’s implementation at Kraksaan Detention Center and emphasizes the urgency of strengthening revitalization efforts to ensure that rehabilitation and reintegration objectives are effectively achieved.]]>
