<![CDATA[The development of information technology has a significant impact on improving service quality in various fields, including cooperatives. However, KSP Kopdit Bahtera Ende still uses a manual system in savings and loan transactions, such as recording using books and Microsoft Excel. This condition causes several problems, including slow transaction processes, risk of recording errors, poorly structured data, and delays in report preparation. This study aims to design and build a web-based savings and loan transaction information system to improve member service quality. The development method used is Waterfall, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using PHP and MySQL. The result of this study is an integrated savings and loan transaction information system with three user access levels: Admin, Teller, and Member. The system is designed to help accelerate transaction processes, reduce recording errors, and improve data traceability and service transparency. This study has not quantitatively measured improvements in speed, security, and accuracy; therefore, further measurement is needed in future research.]]>
