This study discusses the effectiveness of digital public services in improving transparency and public satisfaction at the local government level. The development of information technology encourages local governments to transform public services from conventional systems into digital systems that are faster, more open, and easier to access. This research uses a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach by examining various written sources, such as books, scientific journals, regulations, and relevant policy documents. The discussion shows that digital public services can improve service effectiveness through easier access, faster processes, clearer information, and more certain service delivery. In addition, digital systems also support transparency because citizens can access information about procedures, requirements, costs, completion time, and service status more openly. However, implementation still faces several challenges, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and the readiness of government officials. Therefore, digital public services need continuous optimization to improve public service quality.
