<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the management of Scouting extracurricular activities in improving student discipline at SMP Negeri 6 Purwakarta. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, with research subjects consisting of the principal, vice-principal of student affairs, scouting coaches, guidance and counseling teachers, and students who are members of Scouting. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of Scouting extracurricular activities had been implemented through the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in accordance with George R. Terry's theory. Scouting activities have a positive influence on improving student discipline, especially in the aspects of punctuality, compliance with school rules, responsibility, and cooperation. Nevertheless, there are still obstacles in the form of a limited number of coaches and the low awareness of some students in participating in Scouting activities.]]>
