<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the success of SD Negeri Pasekaran 02 Batang as a school with a large student population. The study used a qualitative method with interviews with the principal, teachers, and students as research respondents. The results showed that school success is influenced by several factors, namely effective learning strategies, collaboration between teachers, support from the principal, and special programs that support student development. In addition, the implementation of learning differentiation, individual attention to students, and the creation of an inclusive learning environment are also important factors in improving the quality of education in schools with a large student population. This study recommends that schools continue to develop student interests and talents, strengthen collaboration between teachers, expand student support programs, and increase parental involvement in the educational process. Further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the success of schools with a large student population.]]>
