This community service activity aims to improve students' abilities in developing and using ethics-based interactive media in Citizenship Education (PKn) learning. The problem faced by the partners is the students' limited understanding regarding the use of interactive, educational, and ethical digital media in the learning process. The implementation method of the activity is carried out through the stages of socialization, training, mentoring, interactive media creation practice, and activity evaluation. Participants in the activity are students who participated in ethics-based interactive media training. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation during the activity. The results of the activity indicate that this training is able to improve students' knowledge and skills in designing interactive learning media that are interesting, communicative, and in accordance with digital ethical values. In addition, participants demonstrated an increased understanding of the importance of using digital media wisely, responsibly, and respecting copyright in Civics learning. This community service activity has a positive impact on improving students' digital competence and supports the creation of innovative and character-based Civics learning.
