<![CDATA[Implementing a full-day school is one way to overcome the problems of the current moral crisis and plays a significant role in forming religious character. Religious character is essential to balance life in this world and the afterlife. This research aims to analysed management effectiveness in full-day schools in forming students' religious character. The research is qualitative with a case study approach. All data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data sources were taken from fifteen informants through in-depth interviews selected using techniques of purposive sampling. All data was analysed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model data analysis techniques for data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The findings of this research indicate that the management of full-day school forming students' religious character includes several steps, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning in management full-day school includes three stages, namely articulating the vision and goals, adapting to changing times, and disciplining students through punishment and reward, the latter implements planning through learning methods and models that are appropriate to the student's situation and conditions. Implementation management full-day School has staged in the form of implementation of learning activities, extracurricular activities, and habituation activities. Evaluation management in full-day school is carried out to assess and improve programs that are deemed to need improvement with the context evaluation stage, the program is appropriate, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. Students' religious character can be formed through the management full day school which is proven by students' behaviour that depicts religious values.]]>
