This research aims to develop and implement an interactive 360° video-based Diving Orpil learning media to improve the competence of Physical Education students of FKIP University of Bengkulu. The background of the research departs from the low effectiveness of diving learning which is still dominated by lecture methods and limited practical facilities, so that students have difficulty understanding basic diving techniques, underwater room orientation, and safety procedures. Through the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, this study involved 35 third-semester students as subjects to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed media. Data was collected through closed questionnaires, open questionnaires, expert validation, and field trials. The results of the needs analysis show the high urgency of media innovation with a score of 4.32-4.60. The validation of media and material experts obtained a percentage of 87% and 85%, respectively, indicating that the media is very suitable for use. The results of the implementation show that interactive 360° videos are able to improve conceptual understanding, mental readiness, and basic diving skills, as well as encourage active student involvement in the learning process. Media has proven to be practical, accessible, and efficient in bridging the gap between theory and practice. This research produces outputs in the form of learning media prototypes and scientific articles for publication in accredited national journals. These findings confirm that the integration of immersive technology in sports learning can be a strategic solution to improve the quality and effectiveness of physical education at the college level
