Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze: (1) the difference in effects of two ball dribble and dribble of the wall exercise method on the dribble skills of basketball extracurricular participants in SMPN 10 Bengkulu, (2) the difference in the effects of participants’ different agility level on the dribble skills of basketball extracurricular participants in SMPN 10 Bengkulu, (3) interaction between exercise methods and agility level on the dribble skills of basketball extracurricular participants in SMPN 10 Bengkulu. This research uses experimental methodology with 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis technique uses Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) with significance level (α) 0.05. Independent variables are two ball dribble exercise method and dribble of the wall exercise method. Attributive variables are high and low agility and its dependent variable is dribble skills. The findings are: (1) there is a significant effect difference between two ball dribble exercise method and dribble of the wall exercise method on basketball dribble skills with p (.049) < a (0,05), and Ftest (4.37) > Ftable (4.04), (2) there is an effect difference on basketball dribble skills between participants with high agility and participants with low agility, with p (.003) < a (0.05), and Ftest (11.42) > Ftable (4,04), (3) there is an interaction between exercise methods and agility levels on basketball dribble skills with p (.030) < a (0.05), and Ftest (9.64) > Ftable (4.04).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan shooting peserta didik diSMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptip yang menggunakan teknik observasi,wawancara,dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan seputar keterampilan shooting pada pesertadidik diSMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu.Dalam penelitian ini untuk subjek penelitian adalah: 35 peserta didik diSMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan hasil data kuesioner terdapat 60% kategori sangat baik, 14% kategori baik, 25% kategori sedang,0% kategori kurang, 0% kategori kurang sekali.Jadi untuk penelitian keterampilan shooting peserta didik diSMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dalam kategori sangat baik 60‰.Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil Analisis keterampilan shooting pada peserta didik diSMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dalam kategori sangat baik 60%. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the level of shooting skills of junior high school 2 students in Bengkulu City. This re-search is a descriptive qualitative research that uses observation techniques, interviews, and data collection using aquestionnai, consisting of questions about shooting skills in junior high school 2 students in the city of Bengkulu. In this study, the sample for this research was 35 students of SMP 2 Bengkulu City with the results of the questionnaire data being 60% in the very good category, 14% in the good category, 25% in the medium category, 0% in the poor category 60% in the very poor category. So for researching the shooting skills of Bengkulu City Middle School 2 students in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the results of the shooting skills test for junior high school 2 students in the city of Bengkulu are in the very good category, 60%.

Abstract

The aims of this research to scientifically analyze how the relationship between arm and hand muscle strength to service lob skills in badminton games. The formulation of the problem is how big the role of these two muscle strengths is in maximizing the skill of service lob shots in badminton. The research was conducted at the badminton court building of Al Hasanah Islamic Junior High School, Bengkulu city. The method used in this research is the correlation method using product moment statistics and double correlation objectively with a total sample of 30 female students from Al Hasanah Islamic Junior High School Bengkulu City selected using total random sampling technique. The resulting data states that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted by showing that there is a significant contribution between X1 and X2 with Y. This shows that there is a positive relationship from arm muscle strength and hand muscles to the skill of hitting service lob of K = r2 x 100% = 92.16%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between arm muscle strength and hand muscle strength on service lob hitting skills by 92.16%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the body painting method on the understanding of muscle anatomy in physical education students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study using a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of the study were 4th semester students consisting of class A and class B totaling 52 students. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test. The quality test of the test item assessment instrument included validity test, reliability test, question difficulty test, and question discrimination test. The data analysis technique used was a hypothesis test with a t-test to see the difference in understanding of muscle anatomy in the experimental class and the control class with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the body painting method on understanding muscle anatomy in physical education students. This effect was proven by the results of the t-test on the posttest of the experimental class and the control class obtained tcount ? ttable (2.799> 1.676) with a sig (2 tailed) value of 0.007 <0.05, where tcount is greater than ttable with a sig value less than 0.05.

Abstract

Digitalisasi pembelajaran penjas adaptif dengan menggunakan model flipped classroom (FC) yang didukung penggunaan Trello bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa. Pendekatan inovatif ini melibatkan mahasiswa penjas dengan materi perkuliahan sebelum sesi tatap muka, memanfaatkan Trello untuk organisasi dan kolaborasi. Manfaat utamanya mencakup peningkatan keterlibatan, pengalaman belajar yang dipersonalisasi, peningkatan motivasi, peningkatan kinerja akademik, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, dan peluang untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. Dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan strategi pedagogi, dosen dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan berpusat pada mahasiswa yang kondusif untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk keberhasilan karir dalam penjas adaptif. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas 2 siklus yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengobservasi, dan merefleksi tindakan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dalam pembelajaran penjas adaptif. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Nilai rerata motivasi intrinsik sebesar pada siklus 1 sebesar 65. 52, sedangkan pada siklus 2 menjadi 68,34. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan FC dengan berbantuan Trello dapat menjaga motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa pada perkuliahan penjas adaptif. Abstract The digitalization of adaptive physical education learning using the flipped classroom (FC) model supported by the use of Trello aims to increase students' intrinsic motivation. This innovative approach engages physical education students with lecture materials before face-to-face sessions, utilizing Trello for organization and collaboration. The main benefits include increased engagement, personalized learning experiences, increased motivation, improved academic performance, efficient resource management, and opportunities for continuous improvement. By integrating digital technology with pedagogical strategies, lecturers can create a dynamic, student-centered learning environment that is conducive to developing the knowledge and skills needed for career success in adaptive physical education. The method in this study is a 2-cycle classroom action research method, namely research conducted by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on actions collaboratively and participatively with the aim of increasing intrinsic motivation in adaptive physical education learning. The research procedures used in this study consist of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The average value of intrinsic motivation in cycle 1 was 65.52, while in cycle 2 it became 68.34. It can be concluded that the implementation of FC assisted by Trello can maintain students' intrinsic motivation in adaptive physical education lectures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hambatan guru PJOK dalam mengimplementasikan P3 pada pembelajaran PJOK di SMP se-kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK di SMP se-kota Bengkulu yaitu SMP Negeri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa hambatan guru dalam mengimplementasikan P3 yaitu, kurangnya pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam mata pelajaran, keterbatasan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana di sekolah-sekolah, serta alokasi waktu yang terbatas dalam kurikulum karena banyak guru merasa bahwa waktu yang dialokasikan untuk PJOK lebih dihabiskan untuk mengajarkan keterampilan dasar olahraga sehingga sulit untuk memasukkan elemen-elemen P3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari hasil penelitian bahwa yang paling menghambat para guru PJOK dalam mengimplementasikan P3 dalam pembelajaran PJOK yaitu alokasi waktu dan kurikulum. Jadi, hambatan guru PJOK dalam mengimplementasikan P3 dalam pembelajaran olahraga adalah sebesar 72,4% yang artinya bahwa guru sedikit mengalami hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan P3 pada pembelajaran PJOK. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya pemahaman yang cukup baik di kalangan guru mengenai pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran olahraga. Abstract This study aims to determine the obstacles of PJOK teachers in implementing P3 in PJOK learning in junior high schools in Bengkulu city. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach research method. The subject of this research is PJOK teachers in junior high schools in Bengkulu city, namely State Junior High School. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. From the results of the study, there are several obstacles for teachers in implementing P3, namely, the lack of understanding and competence of teachers in integrating character values into subjects, limited facilities and infrastructure in schools, and limited time allocations in the curriculum because many teachers feel that the time allocated for PJOK is more spent teaching basic sports skills so it is difficult to include P3 elements. The results show from the research that what most inhibits the PJOK teachers in implementing P3 in PJOK learning are time allocation and curriculum. So, the obstacles of PJOK teachers in implementing P3 in sports learning are 72.4% which means that teachers experience few obstacles in implementing P3 in PJOK learning. This indicates a fairly good understanding among teachers about the importance of integrating Pancasila values in sports learning.

Abstract

Permainan bola voli merupakan cabang olahraga yang populer hingga saat ini kepopulerannya dapat dilihat dari antusias para anak – anak muda saat ini yang memilih olahraga bola voli untuk cabang olahraga yang diminatinya. Banyaknya kejuaraan – kejuaraan yang diadakan dalam berbagai tingkatan juga menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung majunya olahraga bola voli hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Depth jump lompat gawang di Ekstrakurikuler bola voli putri Smp 20 kota Bengkulu.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dan desain One group pretest-postest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan tekknik total sampling yang berjumlah sampel 25 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan pengukuran menggunakan tes vertical jump. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis nilai t hitung 10.45 > t tabel 1.711 sehingga hal tersebut menunjukan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan lomptan setelah diberi perlakuan dengan metode latihan depth jump. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara latihan depth jump Lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan block. Pengujian hipotesis antara adanya pengaruh latihan Depth Jump Lompat gawang terhadap lompatan pada peserta Ekstrakurikuler voli Smp 20 kota Bengkulu mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,31 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Presentase hasil pengaruh tersebut membuktikan bahwa latihan Depth jump Lompat gawang  memberikan pengaruh yang kuat terhadap tinggi lompatan Abstract Volleyball is a popular sport until now, its popularity can be seen from the enthusiasm of today's young people who choose volleyball as a sport they are interested in. The number of championships held at various levels is also a supporting factor for the progress of volleyball until now. This study aims to determine the effect of Depth jump hurdle training in the extracurricular volleyball for girls at Smp 20 Bengkulu City. This study uses a quasi-experimental method and a One group pretest-posttest design. This study uses a total sampling technique with a sample of 25 players. The instruments used are tests and measurements using a vertical jump test. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the t count value is 10.45> t table 1.711 so that it shows that Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect on increasing jumps after being treated with the depth jump training method. There is a significant relationship between depth jump hurdle training and block jump height. Hypothesis testing between the influence of Depth Jump training on the jump of extracurricular volleyball participants at Smp 20 Bengkulu City experienced an increase of 12.31% and the rest was influenced by other variables. The percentage of the results of this influence proves that Depth Jump training has a strong influence on the height of the jump.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa model latihan teknik dasar passing permainan bola tangan dalam bentuk video latihan yang dilengkapi petunjuk pelaksanaannya. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan 5 tahap. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan populasi dan sampel sama - sama sebanyak 45 orang atlet. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan layak, hasil yang layak dengan revisi sesuai saran, ahli media mendapatkan hasil yang layak dengan revisi sesuai saran, dan ahli bahasa memperoleh hasil layak. Hasil kuesioner dari uji coba kelompok kecil dari 16 siswa diperoleh skor rata – rata 82.00% dengan kategori sangat layak dan uji coba kelompok besar dari 29 siswa memperoleh skor rata – rata yaitu 96.00% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model latihan teknik dasar passing permainan bola tangan ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai model latihan pada atlet UKM Bola Tangan FORKIP Universitas Bengkulu. Abstract This study aims to produce a product in the form of a basic passing technique training model for handball, presented as a training video complete with implementation guidelines. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), employing the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, with both the population and the sample comprising 45 athletes. The research instruments used included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of expert validation, the material expert rated the product as feasible with revisions according to suggestions, the media expert also rated it as feasible with revisions, and the language expert rated it as feasible. The results of the small group trial questionnaire involving 16 students showed an average score of 82.00%, categorized as highly feasible, while the large group trial involving 29 students obtained an average score of 96.00%, also categorized as highly feasible. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the development of the basic passing technique training model for handball is feasible to be used as a training model for athletes of the Handball Student Activity (UKM) at FORKIP, University of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pengamatan awal yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan lebih sering menggunakan gadget daripada melakukan aktivitas fisik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui angket penggunaan gadget dan tes kebugaran jasmani (lari 12 menit Cooper Test) terhadap 36 siswa perempuan kelas X. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara penggunaan gadget dengan kebugaran jasmani siswa (r = -0,637; p < 0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan gadget, semakin rendah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar siswa mengurangi waktu penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dan lebih aktif dalam aktivitas fisik untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani.   ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget use and the physical fitness level of tenth-grade students at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City. The research was motivated by initial observations indicating that female students tend to use gadgets more frequently than engaging in physical activity. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data were collected through a gadget usage questionnaire and a 12-minute run test (Cooper Test) involving 36 female students. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, linearity, and Pearson correlation tests. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between gadget use and students' physical fitness (r = -0.637; p < 0.05), indicating that higher gadget usage is associated with lower physical fitness. Therefore, it is recommended that students reduce excessive gadget use and increase participation in physical activities to maintain optimal physical fitness.
