<![CDATA[Al-Quran interpretation is a scientific discipline that aims to understand and explain the meaning of Al-Quran verses so that they can be used in various contexts of daily life. Tafsir methodology underwent a major transformation to adapt to the social, cultural and intellectual transformations occurring in society. One of the most important things is how the text of the Qur’an can provide a relevant perspective on current issues, especially in terms of ethics. Comprehensive and contextual interpretations are increasingly needed in the era of globalization which is marked by technological advances, shifts in social norms, and the complexity of moral reasoning. This research uses a library research method to examine various perspectives on schools of thought and hermeneutics in interpretation. The importance of integrating science, ethics and religious beliefs is increasingly clear in today's global context. Therefore, cooperation between ulama, academics and the general public is needed to maximize the use of Al-Quran interpretation as a source of inspiration to overcome complex ethical problems.]]>
