<![CDATA[ This research is based on the importance of teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools as well as the existence of teacher certification programs as a government effort to improve the quality of education. This research aims to find out the influence of teacher certification on teaching professionalism at SDN Clebung 1. Research instruments in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. The research subject consists of teachers who have received certification and the principal at SDN Clebung 1. Then the research results show that teacher certification has a positive influence on teaching professionalism. Teachers who have obtained certification then show an improvement in learning readiness, the use of more varied learning methods, discipline, responsibility, and motivation in teaching. In addition, certification also helps increase teachers' confidence in carrying out the learning process in the classroom. However, this study also found that the certification has not fully guaranteed the improvement of professionalism of all teachers because it is still influenced by motivation and also individual awareness in developing teaching competence. Thus, it can be concluded that teacher certification has an influence on teaching professionalism at SDN Clebung 1, but it needs to be supported with continuous coaching and evaluation so that the goal of improving the quality of education can be achieved optimally.]]>
