Abstract

Islamic law represent holy comands of Allah arranging all life aspect every Moslem, and cover items punish purely and also items of spiritual religious. He have the nature of elastic fixed hold on to its it's spirit that is and egaliter of monothoistik and also have character of egaliter, don't rasial, not feodal and not patriarkhal. Thereby, education of Islam which dimiciling it's equal to Islam law at theoretical framework and also aplicative cannot discharge it his spirit that is and egaliter of monothoistik. Principal of education of Islam which this egaliter which later have to be developed by at this contemporary education era, backward cause of moslem after glorious so much year in consequence of left behind his of education of woman.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the spiritual leadership model, the principal of model is motivating, sharing, loving, being an example, and being a learner, in the end, it is expected to be able to improve the quality of educator resources (teachers) to be productive and learners. To understand the phenomenon of the principal's leadership model, with a qualitative approach of case study type, and interactive data analysis as suggested by Miles and Hubemann. This study concludes that the spiritual leadership model is able to foster a spirit of achievement, hard work, tenacity and minimize laziness and open insight to not easily complain or get discouraged, because of the growing awareness that after efforts, the final result is left to the Creator. With the awareness possessed by teachers, self-confidence and willingness to learn will grow in order to be able to present the best (productive) work in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi dan implementasi literasi karakter religius pada pelajaran matematika di MI Darussalam Deru Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan partisipatif. Teknik analisis data dengan metode reduksi, menyajikan dan menyimpulkan data yang didapatkan. Sedangkan informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, guru matematika dan siswa di MI Darussalam Deru Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dalam implementasi literasi karakter religious didapatkan beberapa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan (1) Strategi pembelajaran tak langsung, guru menyisipkan nilai karakter religious dalam pembelajaran matematika; (2) Strategi pembelajaran kontekstual, nilai karakter religious ditanamkan melalui kegiatan literasi dalam pembelajaran matematika secara kontekstual. Sedangkan implementasi literasi karakter religious mengerucut kepada tiga aspek yaitu hubungan hamba dengan Allah SWT, hubungan manusia dengan manusia dan hubungan manusia dengan lingkungan. Abstract

This study aims to interpret the value of local madrasa wisdom. Habitualization of these values is then used as social capital in building a character education management paradigm. It is based on various problems faced in Islamic education management. Thus, to provide a holistic and in-depth understanding, this research used a qualitative approach with the social construction theory of Peter L. Berger. It was through the dialectical relationship between externalization, objectivation, and internalization. This study found that 1) madrasa local wisdom is essentially a manifestation of the Qur'an as a (belief system) and becomes the basis for managing Islamic education; 2) madrasa local wisdom, such as; honesty, discipline, togetherness, commitment, simplicity, independence, sincerity, leadership, hard work, and responsibility, understood as positive energy and internalized in the madrasa environment; 3) habitualization of the value of local wisdom of madrasa, is a social capital which is then transmitted in the management of Islamic education so that it can influence all practical individual social thoughts and actions in the organization.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan dan memaknai nilai kearifan lokal madrasa, habitualisasi nilai tersebut kemudian dijadikan sebagai modal sosial dalam membangun paradigma manajemen pendidikan karakter, hal ini didasarkan atas pelbagai persoalan di bidang pengelolaan pendidikan Islam baik secara fondasional maupun operasional dan belum terselesaikan. Demikian untuk memberikan  pemahaman secara holistik dan mendalam, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori konstruksi sosial Peter L. Berger, melalui hubungan dialektis antara eksternalisasi, objektivasi dan internalisasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan; 1) kearifan lokal madrasa pada hakikatnya merupakan manifestasi dari al-Qur’an sebagai (belief system) dan menjadi dasar pengelolaan pendidikan Islam; 2) kearifan lokal madrasa, seperti; kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kebersamaan, komitmen, kesederhanaan, kemandirian, keikhlasan, kepemimpinan, bekerja keras dan tanggung jawab, difahami sebagai energi positif dan di internalisasikan dalam lingkungan madrasa; 3) habitualisasi nilai kearifan lokal madrasa, merupakan sebuah modal sosial (social capital) yang kemudian ditransmisikan dalam pengelolaan  pendidikan Islam, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi seluruh pemikiran dan tindakan sosial individu yang efektif dalam organisasi.

Abstract

Sebagai upaya untuk melindungi wilayah desa dari tekanan masyarakat penyangga akan sumber daya alam, dapat dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat pengembangan wisata edukasi dan rekreasi, namun tantangan dan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat daerah Sumberarum melalu ekowisata belum diketahui sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan dan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui wisata Kampung Nelayan berdasarkan persepsi, motivasi, dan prefensi masyarakat. Peneliatian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan metode kajin tindakan (Action Research) menghasilkan data bahwa masyarakat desa belum mampu mengenal potensi wisata yang ada, maka dibangunla wisata edukasi dan rekreasi Kampung Nelayan, dan olahan ikan wader. Diharapkan dengan dibangunnya wisata dan porduk olahan tersebut bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is aimed to illuminate the use of AI-assisted writing applications to improve academic writing skills and describe how to implement AI-assisted writing applications for EFL academic writing. This study is qualitative reasearch. The data is collected through analysis of writing task and interview about the use of Artificial Intelligence in academic writing. After analyzing students’ writing task and interview related to the use of AI in language teaching, especially in writing. The study revealed that the use of AI-assisted applications is beneficial for students, especially students of Islamic education study program. The applications could help the students construct paragraphs, correct the structures, and even paraphrase the paragraphs. The use of AI in writing will not replace human existence since AI-assisted writing application is just a tool, there should be creativity and logical reasoning in writing an academic article. The use of Artificial intelligent-assisted applications could be applied as new model to increase students’ writing skills since there are many features and easiness offered by AI technology.

Abstract

In the post-pandemic era, many Indonesian students suffer learning loss. After the government allows the schools to have offline learning, teachers and lecturers should do acceleration for learning recovery. This study is aimed to describe strategies used by English lecturers to recover learning loss. This study is a descriptive qualitative study that focuses on English lectures at higher education levels. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with some English lecturers who teach in the English education department and other departments at several universities in Indonesia. The technique of data analysis includes data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and data validation through triangulation technique from data resources. The result shows that there are four strategies that used by the lecturers to mitigate learning loss and accelerate learning recovery for EFL learners, they are teaching using more interesting and various teaching strategies, such as Drill and Practise method to improve vocabulary mastery, promoting autonomous and cooperative learning, designing joyful learning activities, and implementing project-based learning. Therefore, lecturers perceive that to accelerate learning recovery, lecturers should provide more time, energy, and strategies to catch up with the learning loss suffered by students.
