<![CDATA[The problem of plastic waste in Gampong Lamcot, especially PET, poses a serious threat to environmental sustainability and triggers flooding due to blocked school drainage. This article aims to describe the process of empowering students to creatively manage waste towards a clean and disaster-resilient school. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved 28 students in the stages of reflection, planning, creative action, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in ecological awareness and practical skills of students in transforming plastic waste into valuable products by implementing advertising poster creation. Reducing the volume of inorganic waste in the school environment directly contributed to the smooth flow of water channels and strengthened flood disaster mitigation. This program successfully transformed the role of students from waste producers to innovative and disaster-prepared agents of environmental change.]]>
