Reproductive system disorders are still a health problem that is often ignored by the public, especially among adolescents. Lack of knowledge leads to delays in detecting and treating reproductive problems that can lead to serious complications such as infertility and cancer. This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of the importance of early detection of reproductive system disorders through interactive counseling. The methods used are in the form of educational presentations, discussions, and simulations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge about anatomy, types of reproductive disorders, and early detection methods. This counseling is expected to be the first step in forming a society that cares about reproductive health.
