Occupational stress is a common problem experienced by workers and can negatively impact productivity, physical health, and psychological well-being. A lack of understanding of the causes, signs, and ways to manage stress exacerbates this condition in the workplace. This community service activity aims to improve workers' knowledge and skills in managing stress through outreach and training in simple relaxation techniques. The activity methods included interactive outreach, discussions, simulations of breathing and stretching techniques, and the distribution of educational leaflets. Evaluation was conducted by asking workers questions to assess the increase in participants' knowledge. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of work stress management, as well as high enthusiasm and participation throughout the activity. This activity demonstrates that an educational-participatory approach is effective in increasing awareness and stress management skills in workers. It is hoped that this activity can be the first step in encouraging the implementation of sustainable mental health programs in the workplace
