This community service program aims to empower micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors of Lucky Cookies, a home-based business run by housewives in Bangsal, Mojokerto, through branding innovation and eco-friendly, customizable packaging design. This initiative reflects the synergy between academic and practical fields conducted by graduate students of Management at Universitas Negeri Malang, Jarot Febri Setyo Wibowo and Dinda Ocvita Windi Pratiwi, under the supervision of Dr. Agus Hermawan and Prof. Dr. Agung Winarno. The program focuses on business management improvement, branding strategy, digital promotion, and sustainable packaging innovation as part of the effort to develop a competitive and environmentally conscious enterprise. The activities were implemented through participatory training and direct mentoring. Housewives engaged in Lucky Cookies received training in brand identity development, promotional content creation, and eco-friendly packaging using recycled paper and biodegradable mica materials. Branding strategies were carried out both offline through local promotional events and store partnerships, and online via social media and marketplace platforms. The results indicate a 15% sales increase, stronger brand awareness, and a positive public image of Lucky Cookies as an innovative and eco-conscious local product. This program demonstrates how academic mentoring can enhance women's entrepreneurial capacity and strengthen sustainable family-based economic growth.
