Hypertension is a chronic health problem commonly found in the community and may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease if not properly controlled. In addition to pharmacological treatment, family-based non-pharmacological approaches can serve as supportive strategies in blood pressure management. One herbal plant with potential benefits is Moringa oleifera, which contains various bioactive compounds. This activity aims to observe changes in blood pressure following the consumption of boiled moringa leaf water in a family member with hypertension. The activity was conducted in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency, in December 2025. The intervention consisted of consuming boiled moringa leaf water once daily for seven consecutive days. Blood pressure was measured before and after the intervention. The results showed a decrease in blood pressure from 160/100 mmHg to 120/85 mmHg. These findings indicate that boiled moringa leaf water may serve as a simple complementary therapy that can be applied within the family setting to support blood pressure control.
