The main problem faced by the group of young women in Nagori Bosar Village, Panombeian Panei District, Simalungun Regency is the high unemployment rate due to a lack of practical skills and low motivation for entrepreneurship. This causes many young women to be trapped in non-productive activities after completing secondary education. This community service activity aims to equip partners with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical skills in managing independent businesses. The implementation method used is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), which includes stages of socialization, simple business management training, creative production practices, and marketing assistance through digital platforms. The results of this activity show a significant transformation in the cognitive and psychomotor aspects of the partners. Based on the evaluation results, there was an 85% increase in understanding of entrepreneurial management. In addition, partners successfully established group business units and were able to produce goods of economic value that were marketed through social media. The conclusion of this activity is that entrepreneurship training is effective in increasing the economic empowerment of young women in rural areas and is aligned with efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to decent work and economic growth.
