Abstract

This study aims to determine students taught by E-Learning and SFAE models obtain higher economic learning outcomes compared to SFAE models without E-Learning. The study is conducted in odd semester of Academic Year 2019/2020 in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan. The sampling technique of this study uses a cluster random sampling technique to establish an experimental group and a control group. The research approach is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design with non-equivalent (Pre Test and Post Test Design). The research design is pretest and posttest control design  and the research design can be presented with a 2 x 2 factorial design with the Two Path Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) technique. The results shows that there is a difference between student learning outcomes in the E-Learning class + SFAE Learning Model, and student learning outcomes applied by the SFAE Learning Model model and students who gained the greatest influence from E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model on student economic learning outcomes, namely 0 , 0929. It means that E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model can explain 9.29% the effect of variations in the score of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaranStudent Facilitator and Explaining terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XIPS SMA Negeri 4 Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Medanyang beralamat di Jalan Gelas No. 12 Medan, Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yangberjumlah 75 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan denganteknik sampling total yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 4 Medan, yangterdiri dari kelas X IPS 1 dan kelas X IPS 2. Data hasil belajar siswa diperolehdengan menggunakan tes berupa soal pilihan ganda setelah diberikan perlakuanmodel pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining pada kelas Eksperimen dan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share pada kelas kontrol. Uji instrumen dilakukan melalui uji Validitas untuk analisis butir soal menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment, uji Reliabilitas diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha, tingkat kesukaran tes dan daya pembeda tes. Untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis digunakan uji t pada taraf kepercayaan signifikan 95% atau alpha 5%. Teknik analisa data dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah menentukan rata-rata hitung, varians, dan standar deviasi. Selanjutnya melakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas, setelah itu melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre test dan post test pada kelas eksperimen adalah 38,16 dan 83,42 dengan standar deviasi 11,707 dan 7,893. Nilai rata-rata pre test dan post test pada kelas kontrol adalah 55,81 dan 74,19 dengan standar deviasi 11,396 dan 9,318. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  > yakni 4,66 > 1,996. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator  and Explaining terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 4 Medan dapat diterima

Abstract

Banyak tindakan positif telah diambil dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah, namun perlu disajikan dengan cara yang lebih efektif agar dapat dijadikan contoh dan inspirasi bagi para guru. Literasi digital menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan akses, keterampilan, dan pemahaman akan pentingnya literasi digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah untuk memperkuat literasi digital guru melalui platform digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peluang dan tantangan yang muncul dalam memperkuat literasi digital melalui platform digital, serta memberikan rekomendasi konstruktif untuk mengembangkan literasi digital guru. Beberapa peluang dalam penguatan literasi digital melalui platform digital meliputi mempermudah akses informasi, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan metode yang bervariasi dan menarik, serta mengembangkan keterampilan kritis seperti berpikir, berkolaborasi, berkomunikasi, dan berkreasi. Di sisi lain, beberapa tantangan dalam penguatan literasi digital melalui platform digital mencakup keterbatasan akses, kurangnya keterampilan dasar dalam mengoperasikan perangkat digital, dan ketidakpahaman tentang manfaat serta dampak penggunaan platform digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Beberapa masih menganggap platform digital hanya sebagai alat hiburan atau sarana komunikasi, bukan sebagai alat pembelajaran yang serius. Upaya meningkatkan literasi digital diharapkan dapat membantu guru mencapai profesionalisme yang lebih tinggi dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kurikulum merdeka, kompetensi yang diperlukan oleh pendidik, dan pentingnya literasi digital. Dengan demikian, guru dapat menguasai literasi digital dengan baik, menjalankan tugas mereka secara optimal dan profesional, dan siap menghadapi tantangan pendidikan sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang terjadi di sekolah mitra biasanya didominasi oleh peran guru dan kurang memperhatikan pengembangan potensi serta karakter siswa. Guru menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan pembelajaran tambahan kepada siswa yang belum mencapai pemahaman penuh dalam pelajarannya. Banyak guru yang belum mahir dalam menggunakan literasi digital. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pemecahan masalah prioritas mitra adalah melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan untuk merancang modul e-learning interaktif menggunakan teknologi informasi. Siswa yang belum menyelesaikan pembelajaran dapat memanfaatkan e-modul interaktif untuk belajar secara mandiri di rumah. E-modul pembelajaran interaktif tidak hanya berguna untuk pembelajaran remedial, tetapi juga efektif digunakan baik dalam pembelajaran kelompok maupun individu di kelas. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memungkinkan guru dapat menciptakan e-modul pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional dan juga membuat soal ujian berbasis teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penggunaan metode presentasi, diskusi, dan latihan praktis dalam pembuatan e-modul interaktif. Peserta pelatihan diminta untuk mengisi angket pada awal sesi untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan mereka tentang bahan ajar berbasis teknologi informasi sebelum kegiatan dimulai. Setelah itu, peserta akan mendapatkan pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan dalam proses pembuatan e-modul pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan teknologi informasi. Diharapkan bahwa hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini akan meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional.

Abstract

The Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy provides students with the opportunity to take part directly in society to solve the country's problems. The Teaching Campus is one of the MBKM programs with the aim of solving educational literacy and numeracy problems in Indonesia. The research in this article aims to describe the impact of implementing the MBKM program, namely the 6th Teaching Campus organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture, which comes from students from HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. The research used mixed methods. Quantitative data in this research includes questionnaires from teaching campus school partners and students participating in teaching campuses. The research data is in the form of perception interviews from students participating in the teaching campus class 6. Based on the research results, it is known that students' perceptions after attending the teaching campus are very good, namely on average 90%. This is in line with the partner's high perception of the quality and abilities of students, namely 93%. Based on student perceptions, campus teaching programs not only provide classroom teaching experience and literacy and numeracy skills but can also help improve students' collaboration abilities and soft skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the independent teaching platform for the quality of learning of high school Economics teachers in the city of Pematangsiantar. The government provides this platform as a reference, collaboration forum and quality content. The Merdeka Mengajar platform is an important pillar in building better education. This research was carried out for high school level Economics teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study were all Economics teachers at Senior High School (SMA) level in the city of Pematangsiantar. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with a sample size of 20 respondents. This research was conducted from January to February 2024. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis uses the t test and significance values to see the use of the independent teaching platform for the quality of economics teacher learning. Based on the results of the data processing, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained and this figure is smaller than 0.05, therefore it can be concluded that there is an influence of the independent teaching platform variable (x) on the quality of economics teacher learning (y). Furthermore, to provide other supporting evidence, it can be seen from the calculated t and t table values in the processed data. The t value is 8.265 and the t table value is 2.10092. Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the independent teaching platform on the quality of learning. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence in terms of the use of the independent teaching platform on the learning quality of high school economics teachers in the city of Pematangsiantar in implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of exports, imports, inflation and interest rates on the exchange rate. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive using time series data from 2009-2023. The data sources used come from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Indonesian Bank (BI) which were processed using eviews 12. The research results show that exports, inflation and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate while imports have a negative and significant effect on the exchange rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspor dan impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode deskripsi dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data bersifat time series dari tahun 2012-2022 yang meliputi pertumbuhan ekonomi, ekspor dan impot. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial ekspor dan impor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan secara simultan ekspor dan impor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Schools in Indonesia are an important environment for developing character, communication and the growth of students' minds in pursuing science and technology. Science and technology continue to develop, and human resources must be improved to keep up with these developments. The Indonesian state has a target to become a Golden Indonesia by 2045, with a focus on developing science and technology in balance with existing human resources. In the era of technology 5.0, schools in Indonesia are faced with the challenge of integrating increasingly advanced technology into education, so curriculum changes are being made to maintain the relevance of education with technological developments. Basic education in Indonesia has included programming language subjects, which are important in the development of technology and applications. At this time, the Python programming language is increasingly popular, because it is easy to understand by novice users and has many uses in various industrial fields. Python can be used to create desktop, mobile, game and other based programs. Its easy-to-understand nature makes it popular among technology developers. Python also has many benefits, such as flexibility in using libraries to create applications and analysis. This programming language allows the implementation of the concepts of inheritance and polymorphism, so it is widely used in various operating systems. Secondary schools in Indonesia also focus on developing students' individual skills through an independent learning curriculum, which includes ICT subjects and programming languages. The Python programming language and the use of pysimplegui are encouraged to improve students' skills in technology. Through this research, it is hoped that it can increase understanding and use of the Python programming language pysimplegui in junior high schools (SMP) to help students develop skills and knowledge in technology.

Abstract

Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Innovation in Print on Demand Business with AI Technology Application within BUMNAG Groups to Foster Technopreneurship in Simalungun" aims to enhance the skills and understanding of local communities, especially the youth, in managing technology-based Print On Demand (POD) businesses. AI technology was directly applied in various aspects of the POD business, including the creation of personalized designs using AI-based tools like Canva AI and Adobe Firefly, enabling participants to produce creative and market-relevant designs without prior graphic design experience. The program's outcomes demonstrate the participants' success in producing various creative POD-based products, including custom-designed screen-printed t-shirts, personalized mug presses, wood-transfer images, and unique keychains. The quality of these products meets marketable standards for both local and broader market potential. However, challenges such as limited production equipment and the short training duration remain significant barriers to scaling marketing efforts. Despite these obstacles, the program's positive impact is evident, particularly in enhancing participants' technical skills and raising awareness of the potential of technology-driven businesses. This program successfully promotes local technopreneurship by empowering the community through AI-based innovations. With improved facilities and continuous mentoring, AI-based POD businesses have the potential to become sustainable and competitive drivers of the local economy.
