Community Service (KKN) is a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that plays a strategic role in community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the role of students in strengthening digital literacy, environmental awareness, and social awareness through the KKN program in Keranggan Village, South Tangerang City. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and activity documentation. The results showed that integrated student interventions through practice-based digital literacy training, outreach on online fraud and bullying prevention, and mutual cooperation and reforestation activities were able to improve residents' basic digital skills, social awareness of digital risks, and community participation in environmental conservation. The program's success was supported by a participatory approach and the involvement of local institutions such as neighborhood associations (RT/RW) and youth organizations (Karang Taruna). However, limited access to devices and the sustainability of the program after KKN are major challenges. This study recommends the establishment of a village digital literacy center and strengthening ongoing cooperation between universities and village governments.
