This Community Service Program activities aim to improve the quality of clean water in Legetan Village, Purworejo Regency, to enhance the welfare of surrounding communities. The main problem faced by residents is poor water quality caused by environmental pollution, resulting in water that has a strong odor, appears dirty, and poses health risks to daily use. These conditions indicate the need for sustainable and practical solutions to address water related issues within the village. This community service activity was implemented using a participatory approach by directly involving local residents in planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activities included socialization on the importance of clean water, education about water pollution impacts, hands on practice in constructing simple water filtration tools, and field assistance. After completion, an evaluation was conducted to measure program effectiveness, community satisfaction, and long term benefits for improving daily water availability, safety, and public health conditions sustainably over time.
