Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in supporting the village economy through the utilization of local potential. However, MSMEs in Sukatepu Village still face obstacles in product quality and marketing that tend to be conventional. This community service activity aims to improve the quality and marketing of typical products of Sukatepu Village MSMEs through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The implementation stages include problem identification, counseling to improve product quality and hygiene, branding and packaging assistance, and social media-based digital marketing training. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in the process of production, packaging, and marketing of products. MSME products have experienced positive changes in terms of quality and packaging appearance, as well as a wider marketing reach through the use of digital technology. These findings confirm that strengthening the capacity of MSMEs through a participatory approach can be an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness of local products while supporting sustainable village economic development.
