This study aims to examine how administrative and management systems are applied to support banking operations through a student internship program. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct observation, documentation, and systematic recording of activities conducted during the internship. The findings show that the implementation of structured administrative and management systems plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, effective, and efficient operation of banking activities. These systems support essential functions such as transaction data processing, integration of information technology, and the delivery of responsive and high-quality customer service. In addition, the internship program provides valuable practical experience for students by exposing them directly to real working conditions in the banking sector. Through this experience, students are able to understand operational procedures, improve both technical and interpersonal skills, enhance problem-solving abilities, and strengthen their readiness to enter the professional workforce with greater confidence and competence in the future.
