<![CDATA[Advances in information technology are encouraging village governments to improve the quality of public services through the implementation of digital systems. One possible approach is the digitization of archives as a means of storing and managing documents more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze student strategies in implementing digital archives to support public services in Padungnyo Village, Nambo District. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews with village officials, documentation, and field notes during the Independent Internship program. The results indicate that student strategies include identifying archive needs, socialization, creating digital folders, inputting data into Google Sheets, storing documents in Google Drive, and providing assistance to village officials in using the system. The implementation of digital archives helps accelerate document retrieval, organize archives more systematically, and reduce the risk of document loss. The main obstacles identified were limited internet access, computer facilities, and the ability of officials to use digital applications.]]>
